- In a Dutch oven, cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. If desired, serve with additional jalapeno and sour cream.

- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with high-heat-resistant parchment paper.
- Wipe the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels. Arrange them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Prepare the rub: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, kosher salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper to create a paste. Pour the paste over the chicken pieces and, using your hands or a pastry brush, coat the chicken on all sides.
- Bake the drumsticks until cooked through (their internal temperature should reach 165ºF) and juices run clear, about 40 minutes. Check them after the first 30 minutes and loosely cover them with foil if they seem to be darkening too fast on top.
- If you wish, garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, then serve.

- Rinse beans and place in a large kettle or Dutch oven; cover with water. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; let stand for 1 to 4 hours or until softened. Drain, discarding liquid; set beans aside. , In a large skillet, cook the beef, onions and green pepper over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in seasoning mixes, salt and pepper. Pour into an ovenproof 8-qt. Dutch oven. Add beans and remaining ingredients; mix well. SWEET AND TANGY OVEN-BARBECUED CHICKEN
Steps:
- Place oven rack in upper-middle position, about 5 inches from heating element and heat to 325 degrees.
- Whisk ketchup, onion, Worcestershire, mustard, molasses, maple syrup, vinegar, chili powder, and cayenne in small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet over high heat and season chicken with salt and pepper. Once pan begins to smoke, add chicken and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side, until lightly browned on each side. Transfer to a plate.
- Add sauce mixture to skillet and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Take pan off heat and add chicken back to pan. Turn to coat well with sauce. Place in oven and cook 10 to 14 minutes. Set oven to broil and keep cooking until thickest part of chicken registers 160 degrees, 5 to 10 minutes. Watch chicken carefully during this portion. The sauce will burn if it is too close to the heating element.

- To Sauté The Vegetables: Heat oil in a large stock pot with a tight-fitting lid over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until translucent. Add garlic, poblano peppers, and jalapeños and continue cooking until browned, about 10 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with nonstick spray.
- Combine chili sauce, honey, lime juice, dried onion, brown sugar, garlic, and Sriracha in a small bowl. Let the sauce sit for 5 minutes to allow the dried onion to soften a bit.
