Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
- Combine ground beef, pork, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup milk, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and allspice in a large bowl; mix until just combined. Use a rounded 1-tablespoon measure to form mixture into meatballs. Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through.
- While the meatballs are baking, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour. Cook, whisking constantly, for about 1 minute, being careful not to burn or brown the flour. Gradually whisk in the remaining milk and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce has thickened slightly, 2 to 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce to taste and remove from the heat.
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes.
- Drain any grease from the meatballs. Add meatballs to sauce; toss gently to coat. Turn on lowest heat to warm. Add milk or water to thin sauce if too thick.
- Drain egg noodles and serve immediately topped with sauce, meatballs, and parsley.

Steps:
- This recipe can be increased easily or you may use store bought meatballs to cut down on time.
- If baking meatballs, preheat oven to 350°F.
- You may just as easily pan fry the meatballs and skip the baking process!
- Mix bread crumbs and slightly beaten egg to moisten.
- Add seasoning mix to the turkey burger (you may use 1/2 the package of seasoning or just increase the meat by a pound or two if you want to use the entire package -otherwise meatballs are VERY spicy).
- Note:if you increase the meat-increase the binding agents-egg and bread crumb.
- Mix turkey burger, seasoning, egg/bread crumb mixture by hand-forming 1 inch meatballs (larger if you prefer bigger meatballs).
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet (you may cover baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier clean up) spacing meatballs -not touching.
- Bake for 1/2 hour (check for doneness-some ovens may take less time, some more).
- At this point if you want to cool and freeze for future dinners you can-Make extra to cut down on time for next meal or use meatballs in soup, spaghetti, etc. --.
- Cook noodles according.
- If adding peppers either slightly cook to desired texture or steam with a bit of water if using frozen peppers.
- Add meatballs and sweet and sour sauce-heat thoroughly. You may also add canned pineapple if you like.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
- NOTE: You may substitute teriyaki seasoning (dry mix-same maker-Grill Mates by McCormick) for the Caribbean if you'd like a less "spicy" meatball, but yet just as flavorful-You may use entire pack to 1 lb ground turkey.

- In a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat, saute onion and garlic in the olive oil. Stir occasionally until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine sausage, red pepper flakes, egg, Parmesan, bread crumbs, and parsley. Add in sautéed onion and garlic. Mix until mostly combined with a wooden spoon, then bring it all together with a little hand mixing. Shape sausage mixture into balls. I like to use a scoop that holds almost 2 tablespoons. I pack it very tightly in the scoop and then finish it off with a little bit of hand rolling. Place meatballs onto prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Turn oven to broil and then place pan under broiler (on a rack about 6" under the broiler) and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, or until meatballs are golden.

- Prepare the Meatballs: Using hands, gently mix together pork, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a medium bowl to combine. Form mixture into 20 (about 1 1/2 tablespoons each) meatballs. Heat 2 tablespoons of the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add meatballs to hot oil, and cook, turning often, until browned on all sides and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm. Wipe skillet clean.
- Prepare the Ramen: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high. Add ramen noodles, and cook, stirring to separate noodles, about 2 minutes. Drain noodles, reserving 3/4 cup cooking liquid. Toss cooked ramen with remaining 1/2 teaspoon canola oil; set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, cornstarch, and jalapeño in a small bowl until smooth. Add reserved noodle water to wiped skillet, and bring to a boil over medium-high. Whisk sauce ingredients quickly, and add to boiling liquid in skillet, whisking until combined and mixture begins to thicken in skillet. Add 1/2 cup of scallions to skillet, and reduce heat to medium. Add noodles and meatballs to skillet, giving the skillet a shake to coat noodles and meatballs in sauce. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with remaining scallions, and more chopped jalapeño as desired. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
