1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
2 lbs fully cooked ham steaks (about)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl,combine mustard, honey and orange peels.
  • Brush over one side of ham.
  • Broil or grill ham, over medium-high heat for 7 minutes.
  • Turn ham and repeat steps 2 and 3.
