4 bone-in pork loin chops
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
Hot cooked rice or mashed potatoes, optional

Steps:

  • Place chops in a 3-qt. slow cooker; sprinkle with pepper. Add the onions, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bouillon; pour over vegetables. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or until meat is tender. , Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into liquid in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high about 30 minutes or until thickened. If desired, serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

1 large onion, sliced
2 ½ pounds boneless pork loin roast
1 cup hot water
¼ cup white sugar
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste

Steps:

  • Arrange onion slices evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker, and then place the roast on top of the onion. In a bowl, mix together water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and hot sauce; pour over roast.
  • Cover, and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours, or on High for 3 to 4 hours.

4 bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 medium onions, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 can(s) (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1/2 c ketchup
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp beef bouillon
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp water
hot cooked rice if serving with chops

Steps:

  • 1. Place chops in a 3-qt. slow cooker; sprinkle with salt if desired and pepper. Add the onions, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bouillon; pour over vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.
  • 2. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into liquid in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened. Serve with rice if desired.

2 lb. boneless pork chops ((about 4-5 chops))
cooking oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 large sweet yellow onion (sliced)
1/3 cup salted butter (sliced)

Steps:

  • Start by setting a skillet on the stove top over medium high heat. When the pan is hot just enough cooking oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Brown the pork chops on both sides, don't worry about cooking through the slow cooker will do that. Set aside for now.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper flakes in to the slow cooker, stir together with something that won't scratch your slow cooker.
  • Add the browned pork chops, then add the onions and butter slices.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
  • Serve and enjoy!

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1-1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a skillet, brown chops in oil for 3 minutes on each side. In a small bowl, combine the preserves, vinegar and mustard. 4 pork chops
1 c italian salad dressing
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c mustard, spicy brown

Steps:

  • 1. Crock-pot Directions. Place frozen pork chops in crockpot. Mix remaining ingredients together, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Depending on how hot your crock-pot gets check at the 4 hour mark to see how things are progressing, nothing worse than dry chops.
  • 2. Stove top method. Thaw chops. Salt and pepper each side, brown on each side. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the top. Simmer on very low for a few hours or until done. Check occasionally to be sure not to overcook and dry out your chops.
