- Start preparing your taco casserole with noodles by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and greasing your casserole dish.
- Boil a pot of water before cooking your spaghetti noodles until they are al dente (quick tip: cook them for a few minutes less than stated by the instructions on the packet). When cooked, drain the spaghetti noodles and leave them on the side for later.
- Now it’s time to fire up the taco spaghetti skillet. Place a large skillet onto the stovetop and heat a drizzle of oil in the bottom. Add your ground beef when the oil is hot and cook on medium heat until it’s browned all over, before adding your taco seasoning and stirring it through the meat. Allow the ground beef to cook for a further 5 minutes in the taco seasoning.
- Next, add your cream of chicken soup to the taco pasta skillet, before then adding your can of tomatoes and chiles and your block of Velveeta cheese. Stir the ingredients together and cook on low heat until the cheese has melted into the mixture.
