HEARTY TACO CHILI
Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 8-10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer beef to a 5-qt. slow cooker., Rinse and drain beans and hominy. Add to beef, along with canned tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, onion, the dressing and seasoning mixes and pepper. Puree green chilies and remaining diced tomatoes in a covered blender until smooth; stir into beef mixture., Cook, covered, on low until flavors are blended, 6-8 hours. Serve with toppings as desired., Freeze option: Freeze cooled chili in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if necessary.

Steps:
- Place a heavy pot over medium heat. Add onions and ground beef and cook and stir until beef is browned and crumbled and onions begin to turn translucent, about 5 minutes. Drain grease from pot.
- Pour in beef broth; add beans, tomatoes, corn and Knorr® Fiesta Sides - Taco Rice. Stir in 1 buttery spread. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 7 minutes.
- Remove pot from heat; let pot stand at least 2 minutes. Stir. Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in cut-up tomatoes, onion and chili seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with sour cream, lettuce and chopped tomatoes.

FRITO CHILI PIE
Steps:
- Brown ground chuck with garlic in a pot over medium-high heat. Add tomato sauce, Rotel, salt, oregano, cumin, and chili powder. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add drained and rinsed beans. Stir to combine, then cover and simmer for another 20 minutes. Mix masa with water, then add to the chili. Stir to combine and simmer for a final 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside. Serve by slicing the Frito bags open lengthwise. Pile in chili and cheese, and diced onion if using. Serve immediately with plastic forks. A crowd-pleaser!

- In a skillet, cook the beef, mushrooms and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the next eight ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 20-30 minutes., Meanwhile, combine the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until dough forms a ball. Divide into fourths; flatten each portion into a circle. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes., Line two 9-in. pie plates with pastry. Divide beef mixture between crusts. Roll out remaining pastry to fit tops of pies; place over filling. Trim, seal and flute edges. Cut slits in top., Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°; bake 30-35 minutes longer or until golden brown. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, sugar and baking powder. Stir in the milk, oil and eggs, mixing until just moist. Spread in a greased 12 inch deep-dish pizza pan, or a 10x15 inch baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
- Spread the refried beans and mayonnaise over the melted cheese. Top with blue cheese dressing, turkey chili, and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 12 to 15 more minutes in the preheated oven. Top with lettuce and diced tomatoes before slicing and serving.
