- Preheat air fryer to 300°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; crumble meat; drain. Stir in cheese, salsa, chiles, garlic powder, hot pepper sauce, salt and cumin. , Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Place 1/2 cup meat mixture in the center of each rectangle. Bring 4 corners to the center and twist; pinch to seal. In batches, place in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown, 18-22 minutes. If desired, serve with toppings of your choice.,

- Spread crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Brown ground beef and drain the fat off. Add taco seasoning then mix the salsa and chili beans in with the ground beef. Spread over tortilla chips. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

- In a medium sized skillet, add the turkey and brown.
- Drain if needed, add in the taco seasoning as instructed on the package.
- Build taco with the shell, cooked meat, lettuce, beans, and cheese.
- Add the tacos to the air fryer. It's best to foil line it and then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Note - Adding foil is optional if you do foil line the basket of the air fryer be sure not to fully cover it in order to allow the air to still flow.
- Cook on 355*F or 360*F for 4 Minutes until crispy. (Some Air Fryers have 355 degrees as an option and others only have 350 or 360 degrees)

- 1. For the ground beef: In a large bowl, combine the beef, taco seasoning, and salt. Mix well.
- 2. Grease an 7-inch round baking pan (see Note) with vegetable oil spray. Place the seasoned ground beef in the pan.
- 3. For the topping: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until no lumps remain. Fold in the chiles and cheese until well combined. Pour the topping over the ground beef mixture.
- 4. Place the pan in the air-fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 350°F for 15 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the meat has reached an internal temperature of 160°F.
- 5. Drain the fat and liquid from the pan. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
- NOTE: This recipe was written to be made in an air fryer with a capacity of 5.3 quarts or more. If your fryer is smaller than that, cut the ingredient quantities in half and cook the casserole in a 6-inch round cake pan with 4-inch sides. You could also make this in a springform pan so that you can unmold the sides and serve the casserole on a plate for a more dramatic presentation.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 8 x 11 baking dish and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink, drain if needed.
- Return meat back to the skillet and add taco seasoning mix and water, mix well. Simmer until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- In the prepared baking dish, break up half of the tortilla chips and place them in an even layer on the bottom of the dish.
- Top the crushed chips with the hamburger and onion mix, half of the cheese and salsa.
- Add another layer of crushed chips and top with cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges.

- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions to the skillet and cook until softened. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through. Add the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well blended.
- Add the black beans, sweet corn, and diced tomatoes to the skillet, and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer, and simmer 5-10 minutes, then remove from the heat.
- Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread 1/2 cup of the meat mixture in the bottom of the baking dish, then layer four tortillas on top. Spread 1/3 of the remaining meat mixture over the top, and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Layer four more tortillas over the cheese, then spread 1/3 of the meat mixture over the top, and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the layers one more time (for three layers total), finishing with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve hot with sour cream and the taco toppings of your choice.
