1 lb frozen whole-wheat pizza dough
thawed 2 tbsp honey mustard 1/4 lb thinly sliced low-sodium baked Virginia Ham 1/4 lb thinly sliced low-sodium honey-baked turkey breast 1/4 lb sliced reduced-fat Jarlsberg cheese 1/2 cup drained bottled roasted red pepper 12 arugula leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.On a lightly floured surface, roll or pat one-sixth of the dough out into a circle about 6 inches in diameter. Spread with 1 tsp of the honey mustard and top with one-sixth of the ham, turkey, cheese, roasted peppers, and arugula. Roll the dough up into a thin cylinder, encasing the filling; tuck the ends under and pinch the edges with your fingers to seal. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, making a total of 6 rolls.Arrange the rolls, seam side down, on the baking sheet. Spray the tops with nonstick spray. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes. Let the rolls cool 3-4 minutes, then use a serrated knife to slice them in half.

½ pound bulk pork sausage
1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
4 slices hard salami
4 slices thinly sliced ham
4 slices American cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 egg white, lightly beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook and stir sausage until crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
  • Pat out bread dough on an ungreased baking sheet, to 3/4-inch thickness. Lay salami, ham, and American cheese slices in center of dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and cooked sausage. Wrap dough to cover ingredients, pinching and sealing edges to prevent leakage; brush top with egg white.
  • Bake in preheated oven until dough is baked and lightly browned, 17 to 20 minutes.

1 Tube Thin Refrigerated Pizza Crust
3 Tablespoons dijon mustard
6 ounces sliced ham
6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese
6 green onions (sliced)
6 pieces bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread the Dijon Mustard evenly on top.
  • Add sliced ham and cheese and top with green onions and bacon. Roll the dough up and place seam side down on baking sheet.
  • Brush with the egg and sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.

1/2 cup coarsely chopped roasted red peppers
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out or pat into 12-inch square; top with cheese, turkey, peppers and basil, leaving 1/2-inch rim around all sides. Roll up; pinch seam and ends together to seal.
  • Place, seam side down, on foil-covered baking sheet. Beat egg and water; brush onto dough.

1 canister refrigerated french loaf bread
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1/2 pound thin sliced deli turkey
2 cups fresh spinach - packed, chopped
4 ounces brie cheese - cubed into small chunks
1/2 cup slivered almonds - toasted and chopped
1/2 cup craisins - chopped
6 slices deli honey ham - or favorite variety of ham

Steps:

  • Roll out french bread loaf into a 10x14 inch rectangle on a greased baking sheet. Spread on the Dijon mustard to within 1/2" from the edge of the dough. Add the cranberry sauce next and then top that with an even layer of sliced turkey. Layer the spinach, then the brie cheese, slivered almonds, craisins and honey ham. Roll, jellyroll style, starting with the long end. Pinch the edges to seal and turn under both ends. Roll sandwich seam side down on the baking sheet. Cut one inch slits across the top of the loaf. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit for 10 minutes to cool before serving.
