HOMEMADE SWISS MOCHA COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• Prepare the coffee mix. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until powder consistency.
• To make swiss mocha coffee: In a mug, combine 2 tablespoons of coffee mix with 6-ounces of water.

HOMEMADE INSTANT SUISSE MOCHA MIX

Steps:

• Stir ingredients together.
• Process in a blender until powdered.
• Store in an airtight container.
• Attach a note to the container: "Use 1 cup of hot water and 2 tablespoons of coffee mix for each cup of coffee.".

INSTANT SWISS MOCHA BLISS

Steps:

• Microwave milk in an microwave-safe glass or bowl until almost boiling, about 1 minute 45 seconds.
• Stir coffee mix, sugar, and chocolate mix together in a mug. Pour hot milk over coffee mixture and stir until mixture is dissolved.

MOCHA COFFEE GIFT MIX

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients well and place in decorative jars.

SWISS MOCHA COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• 1. In a small bowl, sprinkle sugar with vanilla. Stir until mixture is well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Sift to blend thoroughly. Store in an airtight container.
• 2. Label: For 1 serving, place 1 rounded teaspoon of mix in coffee cup. Add boiling water and stir. For larger cups add more mix.

MOCHA MIX

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
• Store in tightly covered container.
• To serve combine 3 tablespoons of mix with 1 cup boiling water; stir to blend.

SWISS MOCHA INSTANT COFFEE MIX

Steps:

• Mix well.
• (This can be done in a food processor for finer texture but it is not necessary).
• Use 3 teaspoons per mug of boiling water (more or less).
