1 egg
1 Cup cooked mashed sweetpotatoes
1/4 Cup melted coconut oil
1/4 Cup + 1 Tablespoon plain Greek yogurt ((2%))
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 Cup whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup oat flour ((oats ground into flour))
1/3 Cup coconut sugar
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
3/4 Cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Add the egg, mashed sweet potatoes, coconut oil, greek yogurt and maple syrup to a bowl. Whisk until combined.
  • In another bowl, add flour, oat flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Mix the dry into the wet ingredients, folding the chocolate chips in last. The batter should be thick.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 large eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 cups sour cream
3 cups self-rising flour
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs, sugar and sour cream until well blended. Gradually stir in flour. Fold in chocolate chips. Transfer to a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan., Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 65-75 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
3 tablespoons whole milk
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup chopped pecans
ORANGE CREAM SPREAD:
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Steps:

  • In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Add sweet potatoes, milk and orange zest; mix well. Combine flour, allspice and nutmeg; add to creamed mixture. Mix just until combined. Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Cool completely. , In a bowl, combine spread ingredients; beat until smooth. Serve with bread.

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Decorator sugar crystals, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening.
  • In large bowl, mix granulated sugar, butter, milk and egg until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients except sugar crystals. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with sugar crystals.
  • Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing.
