How to make Sugar Free Condensed Milk. Condensed Milk can be used is many recipes however, if usually has a lot of sugar already added to it. Calories and nutritional information may vary depending on ingredients used etc.

12 ounce Evaporated Milk
1 cup Splenda
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Guar Gum

Steps:

  • Whisk together the evaporated milk with the sugar alternative. Then heat this mixture on low-medium heat on the stove, stirring continually until it starts to bubble.
  • Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer. Skim off layers as needed.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the butter .However, if your desired thickness has not been reached in an hour, you can stir in the Guar Gum just before you sir in the butter
