Steps:
- Place ribs in slow cooker.
- Mix pineapple with juice, tomato sauce, green bell pepper, onion, brown sugar, cider vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic together in a bowl; pour over the ribs.
- Cook on Low until ribs are cooked through and tender, 8 to 10 hours.

SWEET& SPICY BBQ RIBS
Sweet, sticky and with a touch of spice, these bbq ribs will be the star of the show! (if the "show" is dinner, and the "venue" is your backyard). They are so tender they fall of the bone. Right into your mouth. Go ahead. Get some!

- Take a dull knife, slide the tip under the membrane on the back of each rack, and loosen it. Take the corner of it and pry off the entire membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix the rub ingredients together until well blended.
- Rub evenly over the top side of the ribs, and massage into the meat. Set aside in the fridge for an hour or so, or overnight if you want even better flavor.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Place the ribs on a foil lined sheet pan, cover with foil and bake for an hour while you make the sauce and mop.
- After an hour, mop the ribs, and continue to mop every 30-45 minutes or so. The ribs should be in the oven about 3 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven, and baste them with some of the sauce.
- Heat the grill to medium high and cook them for about 10 minutes, basting regularly with the sauce.
- Take them off, baste some more and cover with foil. Rest for 30 minutes.

Really tasty, stick-to-your ribs (no pun intended) food! It comes together really nicely, and there is plenty of extra sauce to spoon onto your mashed potatoes.

- Combine the onion, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, Worcestershire, chili powder, and oregano in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in the ribs. Cook on low heat for 6 hours, or on high for 3-1/2 hours.
- Using tongs, remove the ribs from the cooker and arrange on a broiler pan. Heat the broiler.
- Pour the juices from the cooker into a bowl and place in the freezer for 10 minutes to hasten the separation of the fat. Remove and discard the fat. Pour the defatted juices into a saucepan; boil over high heat until reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
- Broil the ribs about 6 inches from the heat until browned. Serve with the sauce.

- Slow cooker directions.
- Stir together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder in medium bowl. Remove 1 cup mixture, refrigerate and reserve for dipping sauce.
- Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over ribs. Cover, cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is very tender.
- Uncover, remove ribs. Skim fat from sauce. Serve with additonal reserved sauce.

- In a small bowl, combine the apple juice, oil, cola, brown sugar, honey, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Liquid Smoke if desired and seasonings. , Pour 1-1/2 cups marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add ribs. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight, turning once. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting. , Drain and discard marinade. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Prepare grill for indirect heat, using a drip pan. Place ribs over drip pan and grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 10 minutes on each side, basting occasionally. , Grill 20-25 minutes longer or until meat is tender, turning and basting occasionally with remaining marinade.

- Combine the brown sugar, pepper, jalapeño powder, salt, and celery salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- Combine in a saucepan the vinegar, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, honey, apple jelly, salt, garlic, pepper, coriander, and cayenne pepper, then bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
- Cool to room temperature and refrigerate.
- Rub a light amount of oil on both sides of the ribs and sprinkle with the rub. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Once the first layer of rub turns wet, generously coat both sides of the ribs with additional rub. Let stand for an additional 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat a smoker to 250 to 300 degrees F (121 to 149 degrees C). Add two applewood chunks.
- Add the ribs and smoke until tender and at an internal temperature of 200 degrees F (93 degrees C), about 4 1/2 hours.
- Once the ribs are done, brush the front and back with a layer of sauce. Smoke for an additional 10 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional sauce.
