- Heat a grill or grill pan to high. Clean and lightly oil hot grill. Stir together chili sauce and honey. Assemble kebabs (using 2 long skewers for each, threading 1 skewer through head end of shrimp and 1 through tail end); season with salt and pepper.
- Grill until shrimp begin to turn opaque, 2 to 3 minutes. Flip, brush liberally with glaze, and cook until opaque throughout, 3 to 4 minutes. Brush with more glaze and serve.

- Preheat oven to 450°. Place sweet potatoes in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Mix 1 tablespoons oil, rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon paprika; drizzle over potatoes. Toss to coat. Roast 25-35 minutes or just until just tender, stirring occasionally., On six metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread shrimp and sweet potatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, covered, over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until shrimp turn pink, turning once., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk lemon juice and the remaining oil and paprika until blended. - If you're using wooden skewers, make sure to pre-soak them in water for at least 1 hour
- Preheat a grill over medium heat (350º-400ºF)
- Mix the sweet chili sauce, lime juice, cilantro and sea salt together in a medium bowl.
- Thread the shrimp, pineapple, red onions and peppers onto the skewers alternating the red and green peppers as you go. Use two shrimp per skewer with veggies in between and on the outside of each shrimp.
- Brush skewers with half the marinade and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Place the skewers on the grill, and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through. Brush the skewers with the remaining chili sauce as they cook.

- Add the olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, garlic, and spices to a small mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Place the shrimp in a bowl and pour 3/4 of the marinade on top of the shrimp. Mix together gently until the shrimp are well coated.
- Cover the bowl and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Thread the shrimp on the skewers and make sure to get all the good garlic and herbs from the bowl and spread on to the shrimp.
- Heat a grill or grill pan on medium high heat.
- Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp to a plate and spoon the remaining marinade on top before serving.

GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS
Steps:
- Put the olive oil, garlic and chile flakes in a small skillet. Turn the heat to low and let the mixture heat for about 10 minutes; the oil should just barely simmer around the garlic in the last few minutes. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Transfer to a blender, add the 1 tablespoon oregano and some salt and pepper, and blend until the garlic and oregano are finely chopped. Set aside half of the chile-garlic oil for serving.
- Heat the grill to high. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, about 4 or 5 shrimp per skewer, threading so that the skewers goes through the tail and thick end of each shrimp. Brush the shrimp with some of the chile-garlic oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill until lightly golden brown on both sides and opaque, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side. Transfer the skewers to a platter and immediately drizzle with some of the reserved chile-garlic oil (not the oil you used for brushing the raw shrimp). Garnish with oregano, and serve with more of the reserved oil.

- In a small saucepan, combine the first five ingredients; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat; cool. Set aside 1/2 cup for basting. - Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small saucepan combine jelly, garlic, lime juice, Worcestershire, jalapeno and chilies. Cook over medium heat until jelly melts.

KOREAN GRILLED SHRIMP SKEWERS

- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
- Mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Korean Gochujang, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper flakes if using, in a mixing bowl.
