1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
¼ cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, fold together the condensed milk and whipped topping.
  • Add the pie filling, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans (if desired). Mix well and refrigerate until chilled.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste

  • Whisk the sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon, and cardamom together in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate the dressing until ready to serve.

1 cup vanilla yogurt: any brand will do- just pick your favorite!
-3 tbsp honey
3 tsp lime juice
-1 tablespoon coconut

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
  • Stir until all the ingredients are mixed together
  • Pour your dressing over your fruit salad
  • Gently mix your fruit and dressing together until well coated
  • Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve

1 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
2 cup(s) cubed seedless watermelon
2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
2 medium nectarines, sliced
1 cup(s) seedless red grapes
1 cup(s) halved fresh strawberries
1 can(s) (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium kiwifruit, peeled, halved and sliced
2 medium firm bananas, sliced
1 large granny smith apple, cubed
1 can(s) (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 package(s) (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix (opional)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Just before serving, stir in bananas and apple. Combine lemonade concentrate and dry pudding mix; pour over fruit and toss to coat.

0.5 oz honey (1 tablespoon)

Steps:

  • Peel orange.
  • Juice the orange, apple, lemon, and ginger together.
  • Mix honey and vinegar into juice.
  • Peel orange.
  • Blend orange, apple, lemon, and ginger together.
  • Strain the blended produce into a bowl (you can also use a cheesecloth or a clean thin dish towel).
  • Mix honey and vinegar into the bowl.

This is my delicious, lightened-up version of a cherry and pineapple salad, a cool and creamy cherry fluff with sweet, juicy cherries, little pineapple tidbits and soft, sweet mini marshmallows. If you didn't know better, you'd probably think it has lots of sugar, but it doesn't. The only sugar is in the marshmallows and the natural sugars of the fruit.

1 package(s) sugar-free cherry gelatin, .3 oz.
1 cup(s) boiling water
1/2 cup(s) ice cold water
1 package(s) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding, 1.34 oz.
1 container lite whipped topping, 8 oz. thawed
1 can(s) sugar-free cherry pie filling, 20 oz.
1 can(s) pineapple tidbits, 8 oz. (small can) in it's own juice, drained
1 1/2 cup(s) mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • 1 In a large bowl, combine 1 package sugar-free cherry gelatin and 1 cup boiling water; whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • 2 Add 1/2 cup ice cold water; stir.
  • 3 Place in refrigerator and let chill for 15 minutes. (Set your timer.)
  • 4 After mixture has chilled for 15 minutes, remove from refrigerator and slowly whisk in 1 package of instant sugar-free vanilla pudding until smooth.
  • 5 Refrigerate for another 15 minutes, until slightly thickened. (Set timer.)
  • 6 Use a spatula or large spoon to fold in the lite whipped topping, then the marshmallows, pineapple tidbits and the sugar-free cherry pie filling.
  • 7 May be served immediately, but better if refrigerated for a couple of hours or even overnight. Lightly fold/stir again before serving. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.
