2 ounces dry vermouth (Dolin)
¾ ounce SUZE
½ ounce St. Germain
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
club soda

Steps:

  • Combine ingredients except for the club soda in a wine glass filled with ice and stir.
  • Top with chilled club soda and stir briefly to combine.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
