Steps:
- Trim crusts from bread. Arrange half of the bread in a by 9 by 13-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Combine milk, 1 1/2 cups egg substitute, half-and-half, and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Pour half of milk mixture over bread in dish.
- Combine 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and cheeses in a food processor or blender; process until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over moist bread in dish. Top with remaining bread; pour remaining milk mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Let the dish come to room temperature about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, if desired.

- Preheat indoor grill or griddle.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, pinch of salt and sugar until well combined.
- Lay 6 slices of bread out and lightly brush egg mixture around edges. Press a "pocket" in the middle of each slice of bread for the filling. Heap 2 teaspoons of apple or cherry pie filling in the middle of each bread pocket.
- Take remaining 6 slices and brush the edges with egg mixture. Place on top of bread with filling and seal edges with fingers.
- Dip stuffed bread in the egg mixture and place on sprayed griddle; cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until lightly browned. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or powdered sugar.

- 1. Beat eggs together with milk, sugar and Vanilla extract in shallow bowl until well blended. Place panko in pie pan or shallow dish. Dip each bread slice into egg mixture, thoroughly coating both sides; then coat both sides of bread slices with bread crumbs. Place on large wire rack.
- 2. Add butter and oil into 17-1/4 x 11-1/2-inch jellyroll pan. Place pan in 400 degrees F. oven 1 to 2 minutes, or until butter melts. Remove pan from oven.
- 3. Place bread slices into pan, in single layer, turning over once to coat both sides of bread slices with butter mixture.
- 4. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes. Turn bread slices over and bake 10 minutes longer, or until golden brown.
- 5. Serve with butter and maple syrup.

- Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and salt (as well as the optional vanilla extract and cinnamon, if using) in a medium shallow bowl until the mixture is fluffy and light in color.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working with one bread slice at a time, soak the bread in the egg mixture for 3 to 4 seconds per side. Don't let the slices sit too long; they will turn soggy and fall apart.
- Once butter is melted and bubbling, add 3 soaked bread slices to hot pan and cook until golden brown, or about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. (There may be some spots that do not brown; that's normal.)
- Flip each slice, and cook until gold brown, or about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining butter and egg-soaked bread. Serve hot with toppings of choice.

- Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese on one side of 4 slices of bread. On 1 side of each remaining 4 slices of bread, spread 2 teaspoons of fruit preserves. Put together the slices with fruit preserve.
- In a bowl, using a wire whisk beat the egg substitute with milk and sugar substitute until smooth. Drench sides of each sandwich into the egg mixture.
- Coat a griddle with nonstick cooking spray; place the griddle over medium heat. Pan fry the sandwiches for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Put each sandwich on a serving plate and sprinkle tops with 2 teaspoons of slivered almonds. Slice the strawberries in 5 sections vertically from tip to just about a centimeter from the stem. Spread each piece in fanlike fashion and set out in each plate to garnish.

- Cut a pocket horizontally in each slice of bread through the top of crust.
- Fill each bread slice with chocolate chips. Make batter by mixing eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon,liqueur(optional) and nutmeg in a shallow dish.

- Place half of the bread cubes over the bottom of a well-buttered 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cream cheese and blueberries over bread cubes.
- Arrange remaining bread cubes over blueberries.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs with a rotary beater, beat in milk and the 1/2 cup syrup.
- Carefully pour egg mixture over the bread mixture.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
- Bake, covered, in a 375 oven for 25 minutes.
