These mushrooms are the quintessential topping for all types of steak. Also excellent over baked potatoes. I have people calling me and asking me for the recipe even years after I have made them for them. They are that good!!

Steps:
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir mushrooms, garlic, cooking wine, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper in the hot oil and butter until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 8 more minutes.

SUPER FAST MUSHROOM ALFREDO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: olive oil, baby bella mushroom, dried fettuccine pasta, garlic, Swanson® Vegetable Broth, Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup, garlic powder, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, grated parmesan cheese, fresh parsley

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers. Add the mushrooms and cook until crispy, 3-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, combine the fettuccine, garlic, 4 cups of Swanson® Vegetable Broth, half of the Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and stir until evenly incorporated. Cover the baking dish with foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pasta has slightly softened and sauce has thickened.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the remaining 2 cups Swanson® Vegetable Broth, the remaining Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom Soup, and the Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for another 20-25 minutes, or until pasta is tender and the sauce is thick and smooth.
- Remove from the oven and stir in the parsley and some of the crispy mushrooms.
- Garnish with the crispy mushrooms, more parsley, and black pepper. Serve warm.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove stems from the mushrooms. Wipe the caps clean. Arrange the caps, upside down, in single layer in a baking dish, preferably glass.
- Rinse and finely chop the stems. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped stems with crab, onions, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Tabasco. Add a little celery or garlic if desired. Salt to taste. Fill each mushroom cap with some of the mixture.
- Add enough water to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle each cap with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are hot through and the cheese has browned.

Steps:
- Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for about 10 mins or according to packet instructions, until 'al dente'.
- Heat the butter and oil together in a large frying pan then sizzle the garlic for 30 secs, before adding the mushrooms. Cook over a high heat for 6-8 mins, stirring occasionally until the mushrooms are nicely browned. Remove from the heat and season to taste.
- Lightly beat together the eggs and cream, stir in the Parmesan and seasoning.
- Drain the pasta in a colander, return to the pan, and stir in the egg mixture, garlic mushrooms and chives and toss together well. The heat from the pasta will lightly thicken the sauce.
- Divide between two bowls and serve with Parmesan if liked.
