Definite crowd pleaser! This is THE pasta salad. Super easy to make. Ingredients are easy to keep on hand. Recipe is very easily doubled. It has become my signature side dish for barbecues.

1 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta
1 (16 ounce) bottle creamy Italian-style salad dressing (such as Ken's Steak House® Creamy Italian Dressing)
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook the rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain. Rinse pasta with cold water until chilled; drain.
  • Mix pasta and salad dressing in a large bowl; fold tuna into the pasta mixture.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the salad is cold, at least 1/2 hour.

  • Mix the cream cheese and sriracha in a bowl. Mix in the tuna, spinach, garlic clove and basil. Taste and add salt or black pepper if needed.
  • Spread 1/2 mixture on one half of a tortilla. Top that half with mozzarella cheese and fold.

2 5- ounce cans of tuna in water
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup diced celery ((1 celery rib))
3 tablespoons diced red onion
2 tablespoon diced cornichon pickles (capers work too!)
Handful baby spinach (thinly sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. Then, into a mixing bowl, add the tuna, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, cornichon pickles, thinly sliced baby spinach, salt and pepper.
  • Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Serve tuna salad as desired - spoon onto bread for sandwiches or pile it into lettuce cups, spread it on crackers or serve it any other favorite way. Enjoy!
