QUICK AND EASY PIZZA CRUST
This is a great recipe when you don't want to wait for the dough to rise. You just mix it and allow it to rest for 5 minutes and then it's ready to go!! It yields a soft, chewy crust. For a real treat, I recommend you use bread flour and bake it on a pizza stone, but all-purpose flour works well too. Enjoy!

Steps:
- *If baking immediately, preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a perforated pizza pan.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup of flour, yeast, salt, sugar, oregano and garlic.
- Add water and oil and stir until combined -- it will be a very wet dough.
- Add just enough of the remaining flour so that a soft but not sticky dough forms. Add the flour gradually and knead briefly until combined so that you can feel when it is ready -- it will still be soft (not feel firm or tough) but won't stick to your hands. To knead, simply press the flour into the dough, fold the dough and press, fold and press.
- Set covered in a warm, draft-free place to rise or bake immediately for thin crust pizza.
- To bake: roll dough out to fit a 12-15" pizza pan. Place dough circle on pan and stretch with your hands to reach the edges. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until desired crispness is reached. Broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the cheese if desired.

SUPER FAST AND EASY PIZZA DOUGH/ CRUST
A recipe from Fleischmann's. Always good. You can substitute 1 cup of whole wheat flour for one cup of the white flour. You can add in some parmesan cheese if you'd like. Or, you can replace 1/2 cup of cornmeal for 1/2 cup of the flour. Have fun experimenting.

Steps:
- In the bowl of an electric stand mixer with a dough hook, mix together the water, honey, oil, yeast, and salt. Mix in about 1 ½ cups flour, then gradually add more until a soft dough forms and clears the sides of the bowl. The dough will be soft, smooth, and tacky, but should not stick to fingers.
- Let dough knead in the mixer for 2-3 minutes. (If kneading by hand, it will take 5-6 minutes.)
- Cover dough and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out dough onto parchment paper and shape into pizza(s). Lightly prick the surface of the dough with a fork, to help prevent bubbles while baking.
- Oven: Spread on sauce and toppings. Bake at 475°F/245°C on a pizza stone or lightly greased baking sheet for 8-10 minutes.
- Grill: (Divide dough into three small pizzas.) Preheat the grill, setting one burner on medium-high and the other on medium-low. The actual temperature setting will depend on your grill and how hot it cooks. The hotter side should cook one side of the crust quickly, in just a few minutes.
- Brush oil on both sides of pizza crusts. Place dough on the hotter side of the grill for a few minutes, until top of dough blisters and bottom of the crust is cooked to your preference. Flip the dough over and transfer it to the less hot side of the grill.
- Spread on sauce and toppings, let cook until cheese is melted, being careful not to overcook the crust.
- Freezer: Spread on sauce and toppings. Before baking, wrap the topped pizza with plastic wrap, then cover with foil. Freeze. To cook from frozen, preheat oven and pizza stone to 475°F/245°C. Unwrap the pizza and bake on pizza stone for about 15 minutes, rotating halfway through.

QUICK AND EASY FOOLPROOF PIZZA DOUGH
Steps:
- In a large bowl or in the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, mix the water, honey, oil, yeast and salt. Add the flour gradually until a soft dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. The exact flour amount will vary so go by the touch and feel of the dough versus the exact cup measurements in the recipe. The dough should be soft and smooth (not leaving a residue on your fingers but not super stiff, either).
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes (more like 5-6 minutes if kneading by hand or if using whole wheat flour).
- Let the dough rest, covered, for 10 minutes. Shape the dough into pizza(s), spread with sauce and toppings, and bake at 475 or 500 degrees on a preheated pizza stone or on a lightly greased baking sheet for 8-10 minutes (for an in-depth look at baking methods, here is a great tutorial).

Steps:
- Add the yeast, sugar, and water to your stand mixer bowl and stir everything together. Allow the mixture to sit for 7-10 minutes until it starts to bubble and create foam. This is that amazing little yeast packet going to work!
- Place the dough hook on your stand mixer and add the salt and olive oil. Turn the mixer on low speed and begin to mix. Add the flour, one cup at a time, and mix on low until everything is fully incorporated.
- Once everything is combined, increase the speed to low-medium speed for about 2 minutes. Then increase the speed one more time to medium and allow the dough hook to knead the dough for another 3 minutes. Everything should come together on the hook and make a perfect dough ball. If this doesn't happen, scrape the side of the bowl. You can decide if the dough needs a little more flour or water but add a teaspoon at a time so you don't overcompensate. Note: Every stand mixer is different so follow the instruction manual for your model.
- Remove the dough from the hook and place it on a lightly floured surface. Form into a ball with a few hand kneads. Place your dough ball into a large bowl that has been coated with olive oil (or non-stick spray). Cover with plastic wrap that has also been sprayed on the inside and let the dough rest and rise for at least an hour.
- After the dough has rested and doubled in size (just eyeball it), put the dough on a floured surface, and stretch and roll your dough into your desired shape.
- For the pizza, cook it however you like! I use a pizza stone or a baking sheet and preheat it in my oven at 450°F. This will make your crust nice and crunchy on the outside and bottom. A small 8" pizza will take about 8-10 minutes to bake and a larger 12-14" pizza will take about 14-16 minutes to bake. Enjoy!
