CROCKPOT TURKEY BREAST
Crockpot turkey breast is flavorful and so delicious while being super easy. Once you try it, you will be hooked on this amazing meal.

Steps:
- Combine the butter, garlic, paprika, thyme, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
- Place the sliced onions at the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot. Place the turkey breast on top.
- Pour the butter mixture over the top of the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 2.5-3 hours until the turkey breast reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Remove the turkey breast from the crock pot and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Transfer 1 cup of the sauce from the crock pot to a small saucepan and stir in the chicken broth.
- Heat over medium high heat until the mixture starts to boil slightly.
- Combine the cornstarch and water together in a small bowl. Whisk the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens to the consistency that you prefer.
- Slice the turkey and serve with the gravy drizzled over the top and enjoy!

- Rinse the turkey breast and pat dry. Cut off any excess skin, but leave the skin covering the breast. Rub onion soup mix all over outside of the turkey and under the skin. Place in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on High for 1 hour, then set to Low, and cook for 7 hours.

EASY CROCK POT TURKEY BREAST DINNER
This is my boys favorite turkey recipe. It is super juicy and never dried out. It is also really easy which is a bonus!

Steps:
- 1. Spray crock pot with non-stick spray and turn on low
- 2. Peel 4-6 carrots, wash, and cut to desired size
- 3. Cut onion and place onion and carrot pieces into crock pot
- 4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and any other desired seasonings
- 5. Remove the thawed turkey from package. Remove the netting and discard. Place the turkey on the veggies. There typically is a side that has a small fat layer. Place the fat side up.
- 6. I used Butterball brand turkey which comes in a few flavors (Cajun, herb, dark meat, etc). There is an enclosed package of gravy. Open the package of gravy and pour over veggies and turkey.
- 7. Cook on low for about 6-8 hours. After cooking I pour the liquid out of the crockpot into a saucepan, sprinkle with flour, heat up and make a gravy. Also, you can easily remove the piece of fat from the turkey breast.
- 8. You can add potatoes, sweet potatoes, or any other veggies that tickle your fancy and they are equally delicious!

- In a small bowl, mash together the butter, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and paprika.
- Use paper towels to pat the turkey VERY dry, so that the herb butter sticks better. Rub the butter all over the top and sides of the turkey breast. (It's ok if it doesn't fully spread, just pat it down as best you can.)
- Grease the bottom of the slow cooker with more butter. Place the onion inside and pour the chicken broth over it. (The onion will help keep the turkey raised.) Place the turkey breast on top of the onion.
- Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high, until internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees F (71 degrees C) inside (it will rise another 5 degrees during broiling and resting). If you can, lift the lid about an hour into cooking and use a pastry brush to spread the herb butter more evenly over the top and sides of the turkey. (Don't use melted butter from the beginning because it will all drip off the cold turkey.)
