Cranberry Mojitos are a fun twist on a classic mojito to make the fun and festive for the holidays!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup lime juice, about 8-9 limes
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 - 3/4 cup simple syrup
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup white rum
1/2-3/4 cup club soda
ice

Steps:

  • Add the lime juice and the mint leaves to a small pitcher. Use a muddler (or back of a wooden spoon) to crush the mint leaves.
  • Mix in simple syrup, cranberry juice and rum.
  • Fill the pitcher about 3/4 of the way with ice. Mix to combine everything.
  • Pour into glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with cranberries to serve.

These Fresh Cranberry Mojitos are so easy to make in a pitcher! It's the perfect party cocktail recipe for a holiday dinner or a simple cozy night in!

4 tablespoons fresh cranberries
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
4 teaspoons of agave
1 cup fresh cranberry juice
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup Bacardi Silver Rum (or any white rum)
2 cups club soda

Steps:

  • Add fresh cranberries, mint and agave to the bottom of a large pitcher. Using a muddler (or the back of a spoon) muddle the fruit and herbs together. (basically your smashing them)
  • Next add in the lime juice, cranberry juice and rum. Stir around to mix everything.
  • Finish off with the club soda.
  • Stir and serve!
  • Garnish with more mint and fresh whole cranberries.
