Ingredients

2 1/4 cups flour
1/8 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
3/4 cup water
1 1/3 cups flour
2/3 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon flour

Steps:

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in butter and shortening.
Knead until stiff.
ROll out into 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into 25 squares.
Place filling ingredients inches Bake at 350 for 20 min until flaky.
Let cool.
