These homemade sugar-free chocolate bars with stevia have no added sugar alcohol. This recipe adds natural sweeteners to cocoa butter and unsweetened cocoa.

- Melt cocoa butter in a chocolate melter or double boiler.
- Stir in cocoa powder and stevia.
- Keep on heat until dry ingredients have been fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

- Mix the cacao butter into the cocoa powder, 1 Tablespoon at a time. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl periodically to make sure it all gets incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla, stevia, and salt.
- Divide between two lightly greased mini loaf pans or a lightly greased chocolate mold (Here is the heart mold, but here is a more traditional bar mold).
- Allow it to set at room temperature for 30 minutes, then transfer to the fridge to set completely.
- Store in the fridge until you're ready to eat it. This gets a little mess if kept at room temperature.

- Melt baking chocolate, cocoa butter, and powdered sweetener over low heat or double boiler until melted completely. Remove chocolate from heat and stir in stevia and vanilla extracts. Pour melted chocolate into molds. Refrigerate or freeze until completely set. Remove chocolate from molds and enjoy!
