I LOVE the classic Arnold Palmer drink, however my husband is diabetic and I limit the amount of sugar I consume. So I took the classic Arnold Palmer recipe and tweaked it to make it friendly for those who are diabetic and those who are on a sugar-free diet! Makes a refreshing summer drink!

- To make the tea, in a medium pot over medium-high heat, bring water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Allow to steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and cool to room temperature.
- To make the lemonade, in the bottom of a blender, add water, lemon juice, sugar, and 1 cup ice. Process until completely smooth.
- To assemble the drinks, in a large pitcher, combine tea and lemonade. Top with additional ice. To serve individual portions, fill glass with ice, fill with Arnold Palmer mixture and garnish with lemon slices.

- Lemonade: To a blender, add the Simple Syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest and ice cubes and pulse to puree. Place the mixture into the freezer until the tea has finished steeping. Add ice cubes to a large glass and top with the tea. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the "lemonade" into the glass.
- Add the sugar and water to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and allow to simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool completely.
