- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, boiling water and 2 teaspoons butter. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Top each ham slice with a cheese slice. Place 1/4 cup stuffing off-center over cheese. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. , In a shallow bowl, combine egg and water. In another shallow bowl, add bread crumbs. Dip ham rolls in egg mixture, then roll in crumbs., In a large skillet, saute ham rolls in remaining butter for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Discard toothpicks.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Cut bread in half lengthwise; carefully hollow out top and bottom, leaving 1/2-in. shells (discard removed bread or save for another use). Spread 3 tablespoons butter and all of the mayonnaise inside bread shells. Line bottom bread shell with ham; top with tomato and onion., In a large skillet, melt remaining butter; add eggs. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until edges are almost set. , Spoon into bottom bread shell; top with cheese. Cover with bread top. Wrap in greased foil. - In a large skillet, bring 1/2 in. of water to a boil. Add asparagus; cover and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and immediately place asparagus in ice water. Drain and pat dry., Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. Spread mustard over one side of each chicken breast. Down the center of each, place two sage leaves, a cheese slice, ham slice and four asparagus spears. Fold chicken over asparagus; secure with toothpicks., Place flour and egg in separate shallow bowls. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
