- Preheat oven to 350° F Slice the french bread in half, lengthwise, so you have two equal pieces. Scoop out the bread in the center of each piece. Place bread in a large bowl and tear into small chunks. Set the two halves of french bread onto a large baking sheet. Set aside. Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet, over medium-high heat. Drain any grease. Add the celery and garlic to skillet. Cook a few minutes until celery is tender. Next, add soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and cook mixture until heated; another 5 minutes or so. Add the beef mixture to the bread in the large bowl. Stir to combine. Pour mixture into the center of one-half of the French bread. Spread out evenly. Top the mixture with the shredded cheese. Top with the other half of bread. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice the bread in half lengthwise and slightly hollow out each half, leaving a 1/2-inch thick layer of bread.
- Place crumbs in container of blender or food processor and process 15 to 20 seconds or until fine.
- Cook sausage, onion, and garlic in skillet over medium heat until meat is browned; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, meat mixture, egg, 1 tsp mustard, and parsley; set aside.
- Using a blender or food processor, process the cheeses, olive oil, 2 tsps mustard, and pepper until mixture forms a paste, about 1 minute.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly over the inside of each bread half.
- Spoon meat mixture into the cavity of each bread half.
- Place bread halves together.
- Wrap loaf in foil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through.
- Cut into 1-inch thick slices.

- Cook the Garden Burger, pecans and mushrooms with the onion and garlic.
- Follow the rest of the recipe from that point.

- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
- For the cheesecake filling: in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- For the French toast egg mixture, combine eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well incorporated.
- Dip slices of brioche in egg mixture.
- Transfer brioche slices and cover bottom of a loaf pan, using a half or a quarter of a slice if necessary.
- Cover the slices with cheesecake filling and spread evenly.
- Layer another row of brioche slices and top with slices of strawberry and banana.
- Layer one last row of brioche slices using small pieces of the bread to fill in the holes.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Invert the loaf onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
- Brush top of loaf with butter and sprinkle sugar over top.
- Broil on high for 5 minutes or until sugar starts to carmelize.
- Garnish with more strawberries, banana, and powdered sugar. Slice and serve.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Slice French bread in half (lengthwise), scoop the center of each half and crumble it in a large bowl.
- Place the halves of bread onto a baking sheet and set aside.
- In a large skillet place 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until the beef is browned, stirring occasionally. Add chopped onion, chopped leek (or other vegetables) and minced garlic and cook a few minutes until the vegetable is tender.
- Add soup, mustard, salt and pepper to taste and cook for at least 5 minutes.
- If the mixture is too thick add a little milk.
- Add cooked beef mixture to the bread and stir to combine.
- Spread the mixture in the center of one half of the french bread.
- Spread shredded cheese in the center of other half of the french bread. and place the bread carefuly back on top of first half.
- Bake 10-15 minutes (until the cheese is melted). If you don't want to brown the bread too much or to become too crispy, cover with aluminium foil.
- Let it cool 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if you like.

- Preheat the broiler.
- Cut the sourdough loaf in half and scoop out the bread.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and mix together the scooped out bread pieces and garlic. Slowly cook and stir 10 minutes, or until the bread is browned. Transfer to a large bowl.
