3 containers (6 oz. each) strawberry low-fat yogurt
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
8 fresh strawberries, halved

Steps:

Mix yogurt and dry gelatin mix in 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 min.; stir. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until gelatin is completely dissolved, stirring after each minute.
Spoon into 16 paper-lined mini muffin pan cups. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Remove yogurt bites from liners; top with strawberries.

These chewy, no bake strawberry granola bars use Welch's Fruit 'n Yogurt Snacks for a boost of flavour. Easy and soft homemade granola bars are perfect for kid's school lunches and a fun snack idea!

Ingredients

2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup sun butter (or if your school allows it, almond or peanut butter)
1 cup Welch's Strawberry Fruit 'n Yogurt Snacks (about 9 packs)
1/3 cup honey or brown rice syrup
1 tbsp chia seed
1/2 cup yogurt (I also tried coconut culture and it works awesome)
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsps melted coconut oil
4 oz white chocolate

Steps:

Combine all five ingredients for the energy bites in a large bowl and mix together (it works best if you mix with your hands).
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture into the pan. Another option is to use a rubber granola bar mold.
Move it to the freezer and freeze until set, about an hour.
Store them in the fridge for the week.

To make the first layer, blitz the strawberries in a blender. If needed, as a splash of water to help them break down. Spoon 1 tsp of the strawberry purée into a silicone ice cube or chocolate mold, leaving about 1/3 of the purée behind for the second layer.
Wrap the mold in aluminium foil and place it in the freezer for one hour or until the purée is firm.
Make the second layer by adding 2 tbsp of the yogurt to the strawberry purée in the blender. Blitz for a few seconds until it has all combined. Remove the mold from the freezer and add 1 tsp of this strawberry and yogurt layer. Cover again with foil and return to the freezer for another hour.
For the third layer simply add 1 tsp of the yogurt to the the molds, filling them to the top. Run a knife along the top of the mold to smooth it out and return to the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Gather together your ingredients. Lay out approximately 12 cupcake cases or silicone muffin cups on a small baking sheet or tray (this will need to fit in your freezer, so it may be worth checking it for size before you start).
Sprinkle a thin layer of granola over the bottom of each cake case. Using a spoon, dollop some yogurt on top of the granola in each cake case until all the yogurt has gone. Spread the yogurt around with the spoon to ensure it completely covers the granola.
Hull each strawberry and cut it in half, then use the halves to top each cake case, pressing them down into the yoghurt with the tip of your finger.
Place the cups (still on the baking tray) into the freezer and leave to freeze for a couple of hours until set solid.
