1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
4 ounces silken firm tofu, cubed
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 45-60 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

This is a favorite vegetarian sandwich spread made with tofu. Makes a great sandwich filling or you can eat it with crackers.

1 pound firm tofu
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Drain the block of tofu, and freeze overnight. Thaw, and cut into quarters. Squeeze out any moisture by hand, then wrap in paper towels, and squeeze again. Crumble into a medium bowl.
  • Add celery and green onion to the tofu. Stir in mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice until well blended.

8 tablespoons strawberry preserves, all fruit type like polaner
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Scoop mixture into a container for storage in the refrigerator.
  • Use within 2 weeks.

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (there should be no sugar in the ingredient list--usually artificial types are best)
4 fresh strawberries

  • Make the Smoothie: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse to chop everything up. Flip the switch to high and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie among 4 glasses, and garnish each with a strawberry and mint sprig.

1 green pepper, seeded and minced
3 green onions, wiht tops, minced
1 teaspoon parsley

  • Press tofu to remove liquid; drain and discard liquid.
  • Mash tofu with a fork to crumbly consistency.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.

1/4 lb cream cheese
1/4 lb yogurt
1/4 lb tofu
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 ounces sugar
5 g gelatin
5 pieces strawberries

Steps:

  • Soak gelatin with a tablespoon of water for 5 minutes.
  • Put cream cheese, yogurt, tofu, and sugar into a blender and mix well.
  • Microwave the soaked gelatin for 15 seconds and dissolve well.
  • Add 4 pieces of strawberries, lemon juice ,and the dissolved gelatin into the blender and mix well.
  • Divided into souffle dishes and cool in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
