- In a microwave, melt chocolate chips with oil; stir until smooth. , Thread two marshmallows onto each pop stick. Dip marshmallows in melted chocolate, turning to coat; allow excess to drip off. Roll in toppings as desired. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; refrigerate until set.

- In a large pitcher, stir together the lemonade concentrate and water. Place strawberries into the container of a blender, and puree until smooth. Pour in some of the lemonade if necessary to facilitate blending. Stir strawberry puree into the lemonade. Pour into molds, and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

STRAWBERRY MALLOW POPS RECIPE
These strawberry pops are popular with our family on hot, summer days. It's fun biting into the yummy bits of fruit and marshmallow.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and honey until smooth. Add strawberries with juice; beat until blended. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream.
- Pour 1/4 cupfuls into molds or cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.
- Yield: 2 dozen.
