This is a great fruit dip recipe with a strawberry flavor. Very easy and always goes fast! Best with apples, grapes, strawberries or pineapple.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.

- In a large bowl, combine the coconut milk and chia seeds. Add the stevia and stir to combine. Let sit for 30 to 40 minutes to let the chia seeds gel. This is necessary to make chia seed popsicles.
- Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into ¼ inch slices. Wash the strawberries, cut off the tops and cut them into ¼ inch slices.
- Place two kiwi slices and two strawberry slices into each popsicle mold. You can add more if you want.
- Fill each mold with the coconut milk and chia seed mixture. Place the top on the popsicle mold and add a popsicle stick to each cavity.
- Place the kiwi strawberry popsicles in the freezer for at least 4 to 5 hours. They can also sit overnight.
- When you're ready to unmold your popsicles, dip the mold into warm water for 30 seconds. Then unmold.
- You can store leftovers from this vegan strawberry popsicle recipe in a freezer bag for three months.
