Excellent punch with or without alcohol! You may add rum, if desired!

Steps:
- Combine water with 1 package strawberries in a square container. Store in freezer until solid, at least 2 hours.
- Mix ginger ale, pink lemonade concentrate, daiquiri mix, orange juice concentrate, and 1 package sliced strawberries in a punch bowl.
- Rinse outside of container with strawberries frozen in water with hot water to loosen the ice block. Float block in punch.

STRAWBERRY FLOAT PUNCH
This is a delicious and very simple spring-time punch. Next time, I think I'll freeze strawberries to use as ice cubes in addition to the regular ice cubes. You could vary ice cream flavors with this punch (i.e., rainbow sherbet, cherry, etc) for a completely different punch. I found the recipe at www.cooks.com. - Put half the bag of ice into the punch bowl.
- Add ginger ale.
- Add a half gallon of ice cream and stir to mix. Taste mixture and add another half gallon of strawberry ice cream if desired.
- Make sure you don't let the punch foam while adding the ice cream.

STRAWBERRY PUNCH
Strawberry beverages are traditionally enjoyed for Juneteenth. For us, this normally meant a commercially-produced strawberry soda that we purchased at the grocery store. But June is also the peak of strawberry season for much of the country, and this recipe uses fresh strawberries for a vibrant berry flavor that is unmatched by a store-bought soda. Boil the strawberries with water and sugar to create a strawberry syrup. From there, the options are limitless. You can add sparkling water to the strawberry syrup for a gourmet-take on strawberry soda. You can top a glass of champagne with the strawberry syrup for a summery bellini-type beverage. Or, you can jazz things up with this recipe and use pineapple juice, orange juice, rum and sparkling wine for the ultimate strawberry punch.

- For the strawberry syrup: Heat the strawberries, sugar and 3/4 cup water in a medium saucepan until boiling. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the mixture thickens and reduces, about 12 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let sit to infuse for 10 minutes. Mash the fruit to a pulp, then strain the syrup into an airtight container. Discard the solids. Refrigerate the syrup until ready to use and up to 1 week.
- For the strawberry punch: Combine the strawberry syrup, pineapple juice, orange juice, orange liqueur and rum in a pitcher. Stir until combined, then cover and refrigerate until chilled and ready to serve.
- When ready to use, stir, then divide between 6 glasses filled with ice. Top each beverage with 1/4 cup sparkling wine or sparkling water and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
STRAWBERRY PARTY PUNCH
A favorite summertime (or anytime) punch, I have served this on many occasions at my get togethers. Add in as much vodka as you like, or you can serve this without the vodka if desired. Make certain to add in lots of ice, I just purchase the bags of ice for this. The amount stated on this recipe should be enough for 6-8 people, but it really depends on how much punch is consumed, so the yield is only estimated. I most always double or even triple the amount to serve a large crowd. This is really good!

- In a large glass punch bowl, combine the thawed Dacquiri mix and the thawed lemonade.
- Add in the soda or ginger ale and vodka (if using) mix well to combine.
- Add in ice.
- Add/float the strawberry slices on top.
