EASY HOMEMADE STRAWBERRY BREAD
Strawberry Bread is an easy to make homemade quick sweet bread recipe perfect for breakfast, snacking, or even dessert!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl or stand mixer (affiliate link), combine eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla and beat on medium speed until fully blended.
- Add flour and baking powder, then milk and continue to mix until uniform.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries and pour into prepared pan. *See note below*
- Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

STRAWBERRY CINNAMON ROLLS

- Combine water, sugar, and yeast in the bowl of a stand mixer. Allow yeast to bloom until foamy, about 10 minutes.
- Gradually add flour to the yeast mixture. Heat butter in a small microwave-safe bowl until melted; add to the flour mixture. Add egg and salt. Mix until a soft, sticky dough forms. Transfer dough to the counter and cover with plastic wrap. Let rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll dough out to a 9x16-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Spread butter on top. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl; sprinkle over butter. Roll up dough tightly. Cut into 12 pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Place rolls in the baking dish. Gently cover with a piece of foil. Allow rolls to rise in a warm area, about 25 minutes.
- Uncover rolls and bake in the preheated oven until centers are lightly golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
- While rolls are cooling slightly, prepare the glaze. Combine powdered sugar, strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and salt; beat by hand or with an electric mixer until smooth. Spread over the tops of the rolls.

STRAWBERRY CINNAMON BREAD
I have been kind of Experimenting with this bread for a couple of weeks and I've finally got one that I love! I added 3 drops of Red food coloring to make it pink since it's strawberry bread! I hope you all enjoy it! I said that this bread serves 12 but that's just a guess it makes 1 loaf!

- 1 Preheat oven 350.
- 2 In Large bowl beat eggs until frothy.
- 3 In Blender blend Strawberries until they are liquid or atleast close to liquid.
- 4 In Large bowl with your eggs Mix in oil, Sugar, and Strawberries.
- 5 In seperate bowl combine Flour, Baking powder, Baking Soda, cinnamon and salt.
- 6 Stir to mix Thoroughly.

- Heat the milk in a small saucepan until warm. Mix in the butter until melted. Let cool to lukewarm.
- In a large bowl combine 2 1/4 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in egg and 1/4 cup of water. Mix well. Now stir in the milk mixture until dough forms.
- Stir in another cup of flour. When dough comes together, flip it onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
- Return the dough ball to the bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out dough into a 15x10 inch rectangle. Spread the strawberry jam all over the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Then evenly cover with the chopped strawberries.
- Roll up the dough and pinch the seam to seal. Cut into 12 equal size rolls.
- Place rolls cut side up in a greased 11x13 baking dish. Cover and let rise until doubled (30 mins). While waiting, Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
- Slice strawberries and place in medium-sized bowl. Sprinkle lightly with sugar, and set aside while preparing batter.
- Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in large bowl; mix well. Blend oil and eggs into strawberries. Add strawberry mixture to flour mixture, blending until dry ingredients are just moistened. Stir in pecans. Divide batter into pans.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, baking soda and salt. In another bowl whisk together buttermilk, egg, and oil. Stir into the dry ingredients until combined. Toss the chopped strawberries into the 1 tablespoon of flour and gently fold into the batter.
- In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Spread half of the batter into the bottom of your greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar. Carefully spread the remaining batter followed by remaining cinnamon sugar. Gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Combine confectioners sugar and milk and drizzle over the bread.

- Place all ingredients for rolls in bread pan according to manufacturer's instructions. Select dough cycle and press start.
- After starting the bread machine, begin making strawberry filling. Stir together strawberries and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil.
