- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine and make a crater in the center of the mix.
- Purée the strawberries, buttermilk. oil, vanilla and egg in a blender until smooth. Add to the dry ingredients and mix well. The batter will be thick.
- Coat the wells of the waffle maker with cooking spray and spoon in 1/4 cup of batter to each well. Cook for 5 minutes until the waffles are lightly browned.
- Serve with pure maple syrup, fresh fruit and a sprinkle of confectioner's sugar. Makes 4-5 waffles depending on how much batter you add to the waffle maker. If you add some extra diced strawberries, you will probably get 6 waffles.

- Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
- Place strawberries, milk, oil, vanilla, and egg in a blender; process until smooth. Add pureed strawberry mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
- Coat a waffle iron with cooking spray; preheat. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter per 4-inch waffle onto hot waffle iron; spread batter to edges.
- Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until steaming stops; repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot with warm Buttered Strawberry Sauce.

Place 1 quartered separated waffle on cookie sheet, add marshmallows to each quarter and optional chocolate chips .. put in broiler for approx. 1-2 minutes be careful not to burn ... remove from broiler add optional crushed walnuts, strawberries and banana slices .. top with other quartered waffle, press down lightly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm. Enjoy !

- Mix vinegar into milk and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg yolk, bananas and sugar.
- Add dry ingredients and continue to mix. Pour in milk, mix.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg white to stiff peaks.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Grease waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Scoop batter into waffle iron (approximately ¾ cup batter depending on your waffle iron).

- Remove stems from strawberries and cut up.
- Take 1/2 of the strawberries and puree in food processor or blender.
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Separate eggs.
- Beat egg whites until they peak.
- Beat egg yolks in large bowl until smooth.
- Add flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla to egg yolks and beat just until smooth.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour mix into hot waffle iron.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Put sugar into a cold mixing bowl and add cold whipping cream.
- Whisk until the cream gets stiff peaks.
