2 cups strawberries, washed,hulled,and cut in half or quarters
3 tablespoons Grand Marnier

Steps:

Mix strawberries and Grand Marnier in a small bowl.
It may be necessary to add sugar if the strawberries are not sweet enough.
Let the strawberries sit at room temperature for several hours.
Stir periodically.

4 teaspoons honey
4 fresh strawberries, tops trimmed
1 bottle Champagne, well chilled

Steps:

Add the orange-flavored liqueur, honey and strawberries to a food processor and process until smooth. Fill the chilled glasses halfway with the strawberry mixture and then fill the rest of the glass with Champagne.
