FOR THE SAUCE:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup Panko*
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce Coupons
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon Sriracha
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a 9×13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray. 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste. Working in batches, dip chicken into eggs, then dredge in Panko, pressing to coat. 3. Add chicken to prepared baking dish. Place into oven and bake until golden brown and crisp, about 15-20 minutes. 4. In a medium saucepan over medium high heat, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, hoisin sauce, ginger and Sriracha until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in chicken and gently toss to combine. 5. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. *Panko is a Japanese-style breadcrumb and can be found in the Asian section of your local grocery store.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the chicken breasts into small bite-size pieces.
  • Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture then coat with panko.
  • Place the breaded chicken onto a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, hoisin sauce, sriracha and grated ginger in a saucepan and bring to boil, remove from heat.
  • Toss chicken bites in the sauce until thoroughly coated.
  • Serve immediately with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds.

1 lb. (0.4 kg) boneless and skinless chicken breasts, pat dry and cut into cubes
salt
ground black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
white sesame seeds, for garnishing
chopped scallions or chives, for garnishing
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 tablespoon corn starch

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken with salt and black pepper. Coat each piece of the chicken with the beaten eggs first, then roll in the panko. Repeat to nicely coat the chicken. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken turn golden brown. You might turn the chicken pieces over to bake the other side.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the Sauce in a small sauce. Whisk to mix well. Cook on low heat until the sauce slightly thickens.
  • Transfer the chicken out into a bowl and add the Sauce mixture. Gently toss to coat well. Garnish with the white sesame and scallions/chives, serve immediately.
