CHARCOAL GRILLED PINEAPPLE
After you taste this pineapple you will want to try this recipe with peaches or melon or apricots, it's so good this way!

Steps:
- Place pineapple slices on sprayed grate of your grill ; grill the slices 2 minutes on each side, until they are slightly charred and soft. Try the peaches too.Good with cinnamon/ sugar/nutmeg sprinkle
- Assemble : Stack the slices with some ricotta, 2 or 3 Tablespoons of crushed cereal. Then drizzle with honey or Maple syrup and serve. Try the Melon too. Good with cream cheese/powdered sugar and ricotta too!
- Try the apricots. Good with chopped nuts and maple syrup drizzle.

- Peel pineapple, removing any eyes from fruit. Cut lengthwise into 6 wedges; remove core. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients until blended. Brush pineapple with half of the glaze; reserve remaining mixture for basting., Grill pineapple, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat 2-4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned, basting occasionally with reserved glaze.
