STICKY CHICKEN
Sticky Chicken is an easy and delicious skillet recipe using brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar as a marinade.

Steps:
- Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken in a shallow baking dish and stir until the sugars dissolve.
- Add the chicken and turn to coat well.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil and chill in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
- When you are ready to eat, transfer the chicken and the marinade to a large heavy nonstick skillet.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and simmer for 8 to 13 minutes, moving each piece around with tongs occasionally.
- Check the breasts for doneness (160 F on an instant-read thermometer ) and remove to a shallow pan as soon as they test done.
- Cover the cooked chicken and place in a warm oven to keep warm.
- Increase the heat to medium when the chicken is all cooked and removed from the pan, and cook the marinade remaining in the skillet until syrupy, stirring occasionally at first, then stirring constantly as the mixture starts to thicken. This should take about 4 to 7 minutes total.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coat it with the sauce, and serve sticky chicken immediately - with lots of hot cooked rice and napkins!

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Layer the chicken breast halves into the bottom of a baking dish. Stir the cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, garlic, curry powder, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until mixed. Add the white wine to the soup mixture and stir until smooth; pour over the chicken breast halves. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese and paprika over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 90 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a chicken breast should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- 1. Peel and quarter onions. separate into layers of about 3 rings
- 2. Cut bell pepper into pieces about same size as chicken
- 3. Skewer piece of chicken, onion, bell pepper and repeat about two more times.
- 4. Heat oil to 350 - 360 degrees in a very large skillet or deep fryer. IF USING A SKILLET MAKE SURE THE WOODEN SKEWERS FIT.
- 5. Combine all ingredients for batter.
- 6. Dip skewered chicken, onions, pepppers into batter and fry about 2 minutes on each side, until light golden.
- 7. Serve warm.

- Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching (if necessary to fit, line up the drumettes standing upright along the sides). Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 390 degrees F and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more.
- Meanwhile, warm the butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk in the hot sauce.
- Toss the wings with the butter mixture to coat in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.

- Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan forced).
- Combine tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce, char sui sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a large glass or ceramic bowl (no metal), reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade (to be used for basting).
- Add chicken pieces to marinade for at least 30 minutes (longer is fine) in the refridgerator.
- Line a large roasting pan with baking paper and place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the prepared pan.
- Bake, basting the chicken with the reserved marinade and turning occasionally, for 35 to 40 minutes or until glazed and cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking combine the sesame seeds, coriander and green onion in a small bowl.
- Remove chicken from oven and put onto a serving platter and garnish with the sesame seeds, coriander and green onion mix and serve.

STICKY CHICKEN
Delicious chicken drumsticks with a sticky soy and honey glaze that can be cooked in the oven or the barbecue - weather permitting

- Make 3 slashes on each of the drumsticks. Mix together the soy, honey, oil, tomato purée and mustard. Pour this mixture over the chicken and coat thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 30 mins at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.
- Tip the chicken into a shallow roasting tray and cook for 35 mins, turning occasionally, until the chicken is tender and glistening with the marinade.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place the chicken in a ceramic dish in a single layer.
- In a seperate bowl, combine sauces, honey, garlic and 5 spice powder.
- Pour over the chicken, turning to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at 30-60 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan over a high heat, and spray with olive oil. Cook the chicken in batches until golden.
- Transfer to a baking tray, lined with baking paper, and brush with marinade.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes until just cooked through.
- Cover on a plate with foil and stand for 2 minutes.
- Slice about an inch thick, and serve.
