My hubby loves this recipe and it is so simple! Serve it over rice with a nice green salad on the side.

Steps:
- Cut steak into thin strips. In a large heavy skillet, on high heat, brown meat in oil. Add onions. Saute until tender.
- Blend soup, sherry, liquid from mushrooms, and garlic salt. Pour over steak. Add mushrooms. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender. Meanwhile, cook the rice.
- To cook rice: In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of rice. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add bell pepper, tomato, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook and stir until pepper has slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Strain 1/2 of the liquid from the canned diced tomatoes into the mixture.
- Stir diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper into the ground beef mixture. Simmer until some of the liquid has reduced, about 10 minutes. Add rice and mix well. Transfer to a casserole dish and sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until filling is heated through and cheese is melted, about 45 minutes.

- Add rice, soup, water, celery, peppers (if using), salt and black pepper, mix well.

- Make the teriyaki sauce per linked directions.
- Place 3/4 cup sauce in a ziploc bag with the meat. Place the meat in the freezer.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat with a dash of oil.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl and put it in the skillet, lifting and tilting the egg to allow more raw egg to run underneath until set, gently flip the egg.
- Cook until set and remove to a cutting board to cut in small pieces.
- Place the oil in a large skillet and add the rice, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes.
- In a small dish, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, ginger and red pepper.
- Pour into the rice and stir to coat evenly.

- Remove the meat from the freezer and slice thin, putting any you don't use back in the freezer.
- Heat the skillet to medium high heat.

- Add a drizzle of teriyaki sauce all over the casserole and toss to coat.
- You can bake to crisp up the top if you'd like or serve as is with another drizzle of teriyaki sauce.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large baking dish (about 9 x 13 inches) with cooking spray.
- In the prepared dish (or in a large bowl), use your fingers to crumble uncooked ground beef into small pieces. Add tomatoes, tomato soup, beef broth, uncooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
