Ingredients

3 green onions, finely chopped
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 loaf very thin white pepperidge farm bread

Steps:

Combine green onions through sour cream.
Spread thinly on bread to make sandwiches.
Cut off crusts and cut into squares or use a cookie cutter.
Optional - sprinkle with paprika.

Ingredients

1 lb fresh spinach
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 (1 ounce) package dry vegetable soup mix
2 teaspoons hot sauce
8 pieces white bread

Steps:

Run everything but bread through food processor.
chill for 3 hours.
cut crusts off bread.
spread on bread and make sandwiches.
cut sandwiches into triangles.
