1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, onions, bacon and salad dressing mix. Stir in spinach until well blended. Spread over tortillas; roll up tightly jelly-roll style. Wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours. , With a serrated knife, cut into 1/2-in. slices. Refrigerate leftovers.

Crescent roll dough hurries along these pretty pinwheels from Diane Robbins of McCleary, Washington. You can prepare a plate of them in about half an hour, then serve them as appetizers or to round out a meal.

1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/3 cup garlic-herb spreadable cheese
4 slices thinly sliced deli ham
1/2 cup packed fresh baby spinach

Steps:

  • Separate crescent dough into four rectangles; seal perforations. Spread cheese over each rectangle to within 1/4 in. of edges; top with ham and spinach. , Roll up each jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal. Cut each into six slices., Place the slices cut side down on a greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.

2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (7 ounce) package garlic herb cheese spread
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Split crescent dough in half along center perforation. Flatten one rectangle, sealing perforations. Spread with 1/4 of the cheese spread and sprinkle with spinach. Starting with long side, roll dough up, rolling back and forth several times to seal edges. Cut into 3/4 inch slices (about 15 slices per roll). Arrange the slices one inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Continue making the crescent roll ups until all of the ingredients are used.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve immediately or keep warm on a warming tray.

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups baby spinach, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 (8-ounce) tubes crescent rolls
1 large egg, beaten
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil a pie plate or coat with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder and onion powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan. Unroll crescent rolls, pressing perforations to seal into approximately a 13×18-inch rectangle. Top with artichoke mixture. Starting at the shortest side, roll up, pressing the edges to seal. Cut in eighths. Place, cut side down, onto the prepared pie plate. Brush with egg. Place into oven and bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.

1 package Flatout Flatbread (regular or light)
1 package cream cheese (softened (8 oz))
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
¼ cup pimentos (diced and drained)
3 green onions (chopped)
1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed drained & squeezed dry (10 ounces))
1 can artichoke hearts (water packed, 13-14 ounces)

Steps:

  • With a mixer on medium, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until fluffy.
  • Stir in remaining dip ingredients.
  • Divide the filling equally over 6 Flatout flatbreads and spread evenly leaving a 1″ border.
  • Gently roll each flatbread, jelly roll style. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  • Once chilled, cut each roll into 6 slices.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 envelope ranch dip mix
1 jar bacon bits (or to taste)
4 green onions, chopped
1 (8 count) package 10-inch flour tortillas

Steps:

  • In medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Beat in dip mix.
  • Add green onion, bacon bits and spinach (broken up into small clumps).
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Spread mixture onto tortillas, leaving a 1/2" space around edge.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly, and wrap each in plastic wrap.
  • Chill for several hours or overnight.
  • To serve, cut off ends and cut into 1/2" slices.

¾ (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
½ (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and jalapenos with a fork in a medium bowl until blended. Add spinach and mix again. Season mixture with salt and pepper.
  • Roll puff pastry out onto your work surface. Spread cream cheese mixture over pastry until evenly distributed. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  • Roll puff pastry into a log, pressing seams to seal. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  • Unwrap and slice log into 1/4-inch rounds. Place rounds onto the baking sheet.

Puff Pastry Spinach and Artichoke Pinwheels. This easy to put together appetizer is perfect for any party or just as a snack. Loaded with fresh spinach, artichoke, and lots of cheese!

2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tbsp onion (grated )
2 cloves garlic (minced)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
6 oz baby spinach (raw, roughly chopped)
1 (14 ounce) quartered artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 large egg
2 tbsp water

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, grated onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Stir together.
  • Add in the spinach and artichokes. Stir until all combined.
  • Spread out the puff pastry, pressing to even out the fold marks, so that there are two whole sheets of pastry.
  • In a small bowl combine the egg and the water. Mix with a fork. Brush this onto the top of the puff pastry. Spread a layer of the spinach artichoke dip on the puff pastry.
  • Carefully roll it up and using a sharp knife cut into one inch sections. Lay onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top of the pinwheels with the egg wash.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes. Will be slightly golden. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple minutes. Best when served warm.
