MINI CUBAN SANDWICH STACKERS
Inject some spiciness into your next gathering with Mini Cuban Sandwich Stackers. We took the best parts of Cuban sandwiches and then made them miniature.

Steps:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Drain pickles on paper towels. Meanwhile, cut each cheese slice into 6 pieces. Mix cream cheese, chili sauce and pepper until blended.
- Top each of 24 crackers with 1 cheese piece, 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture, 1 ham piece and 1 pickle; cover with second cheese piece. Top with remaining crackers to make sandwiches.
- Wrap 6 sandwiches in heavy-duty foil. Repeat with remaining sandwiches to make 4 packets. (If desired, place in cooler for transporting to tailgating party or other destination.)
- Grill packets 8 to 10 min. or until cheese begins to melt, turning after each minute.

CUBAN SANDWICHES
Steps:
- Preheat the griddle. Slice the bread loaves in half. Smear the butter on the cut sides of the bread. Add a dash of mustard and mayonnaise. Build each sandwich with the roasted pork, ham, cheese, and pickles. Place the sandwich on the hot griddle, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil, and place heavy iron skillet or sandwich press to flatten. Grill the sandwich for a few minutes on each side.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve.
SPICY STACKED CUBAN SANDWICHES
Steps:
- HEAT grill to medium heat.
- DRAIN pickles on paper towels. Meanwhile, cut cheese slices crosswise in half, then lenthwise into thirds. (You will get 6 pieces from each cheese slice.) Mix cream cheese, chili sauce and pepper until well blended.
- TOP each of 24 crackers with 1 cheese piece, 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture, 1 ham piece and 1 pickle; cover with second cheese piece and cracker. Wrap 6 sandwiches in heavy-duty foil. Repeat with remaining sandwiches to make 4 packets. Place in cooler for transporting to tailgating party or other destination.
- HEAT grill to medium heat. Grill packets 8 to 10 min. or until cheese begins to melt, turning after each minute.
- Substitute:
- Prepare using OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast.
- Use Your Oven:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Assemble and wrap stacks as directed. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted.
- Make Ahead:
- Prepare foil packets as directed. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
HACIENDA TORTA CUBANA
This Hacienda Torta Cubana sandwich copycat has spicy salsa bread stacked high with pulled pork, salty ham, cheese, and pickles. Add some Apricot Sriracha Sauce for a one of a kind sandwich.

Steps:
- Divide the pork and ham up and you will make each of these made-to-order in one pan.
- To a pan add the pulled pork and ham. Start to cook it over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip the meat.
- Butter the bottoms of the bread with some butter then add to the pan butter side down.
- Add cheese to the top of meat then cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove and stack the sandwich on a plate and then prepare the Apricot Sriracha Sauce.

- Slice the loaf of bread in half horizontally.
