Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 (1-ounce) packages Ranch dressing mix
3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1 (24 ounces) bag Cheez-It crackers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250°F. Whisk oil, ranch and red pepper. Pour over crackers in large bowl. Toss to coat crackers. Let sit 10 minutes to get the crackers coated. Spread the coated crackers on a cookie sheet. Drizzle any remaining oil over the top of the crackers. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring about halfway through. Allow to cool and store in resealable bag.

15 oz chickpeas, 1 can, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Carefully dry the chickpeas. Removing the skins is optional and they will come off easily. The drier you get them, the crunchier they'll be!
  • In a medium bowl, add dried chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Spread chickpeas out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  • Mix around on baking sheet and roast for additional 15-20 minutes, or until browned.
  • Cool for 5-10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

2 roasted garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon red pepper (or more if you like it hotter)
2 large russet potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces

Steps:

  • Prepare a baking sheet by coating with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the mustard, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, thyme, paprika and red pepper.
  • Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss to coat well.
  • Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender (this will depend on how large you cut the potatoes).
