SPICY PEAR MARTINI



Spicy Pear Martini image

Infuse your own vodka, or simply find a spiced vodka to make this delicious fall cocktail with all the perfect fall spices

Provided by ... besos, ALINA

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 anise star
1 vanilla bean
6-8 cinnamon sticks
5 cloves
3 pears, sliced
2 oz Infused pear and spices vodka
1 oz Pear Nectar Juice
1 oz Cointreau (an orange-flavoured liqueur, triple-sec is also fine)

Steps:

  • Slice a pear into wedges. Slide a wedge along the rim of the martini glass, dip in a bowl of sugar. Fill shaker with ice pour all of the ingredients and shake vigorously. Then pour into your martini glass. Serve with a wedge of pear.

Savor the flavor of an autumn harvest in this elegantly cool cocktail, topped with a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.

2 oz (1/4 cup) vanilla-flavored vodka
2 oz (1/4 cup) pear nectar
1 maraschino cherry
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle of nutmeg
1 slice of fresh pear, if desired

Steps:

  • In shaker with ice, add vodka and pear nectar; shake 1 minute. Place 1 maraschino cherry in bottom of martini glass.
  • Strain mixture from shaker into glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Garnish side of glass with fresh pear slice.
