SPICY DEVILED EGGS
Steps:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Reduce the heat to low (or off) to ensure the water is no longer boiling or has bubbles and use a skimmer to place the eggs in the water. Then increase the heat back to high and set a timer for 14 minutes.
- While the eggs are boiling, prepare an ice water bath and set aside.
- After 14 minutes, remove the eggs from the water and place in the ice water bath.
- Once the eggs have cooled completely, peel them and slice in half lengthwise.
- Scoop the yolks into a small bowl and place the egg whites on a serving plate.
- To make the filling, add the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, Sriracha, cayenne, salt and pepper to a bowl.
- Stir everything together until smooth. You can also use a hand blender to make it extra smooth.
- Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Garnish with a sprinkle cayenne and green onions.

- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a medium bowl. Add the mayonnaise, butter, yellow mustard, pickle juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and Frank's RedHot® then mix well until smooth.
- Transfer the filling to a zip-top plastic bag and cut a ¼-inch wide opening from one of the corners.
- Arrange the egg whites on a serving platter. Pipe the filling into the divots in the whites. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve and garnish with chopped chives.

- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool and peel.
- Slice eggs in half, and remove the yolks. Place the yolks into a medium bowl, and mix with the mustard, Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and pepper. Arrange the egg white halves on a plate, and sprinkle with salt. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg halves, or use a pastry bag and pipe the filling in for a more professional look. Sprinkle with paprika, and refrigerate until serving.

- Fill a saucepan with enough water to cover eggs by an inch and bring to full boil. Carefully lower eggs into boiling water. Let eggs boil uncovered for about 30 seconds.
