- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook the turkey, onion and jalapenos in oil over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain., Add the beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper sauce and seasonings. Drain macaroni; stir into turkey mixture. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through. , Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand until cheese is melted.

- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and stir in ground beef. Cook and stir until beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease.
- Combine ground beef, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, onions, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 10 hours, or High for 4 hours.
- Garnish each serving with Cheddar cheese.

- Layer pinto and kidney beans in a 1 quart food storage jar with tight fitting lid. Combine chili seasoning mix, onion, bouillon granules and pepper flakes in a small plastic food storage bag, close bag with a twist tie. Place on top of beans spreading out bag to cover beans. Place pasta on top of bag.
- Seal jar. Cover top of jar with 8 inch circle of fabric, if desired. Attach recipe gift tag.
