Hot, creamy and cheesy, this baked artichoke-Parmesan appetizer dip gets its spicy from chopped chipotle peppers.

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
1 Tbsp. finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients except cilantro.
  • Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until hot and bubbly. Top with cilantro.

My hairdresser Jamie Klatt Savage brought this to a party and I loved it! I can't believe how good this recipe is and it's so easy to prepare. This is a quick and very easy appetizer to make for any occasion. Instead of salt and pepper I used creole seasoning to spice it up!

2 cans - artichokes in water
1 cup - parmesan cheese
1 cup - mayonnaise
- creole seasoning to taste

Steps:

  • Drain water from artichokes and place in a bowl. Chop the artichokes up into small bits.
  • Add a cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Reserve some to place on top before baking. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add a cup of mayonnaise and mix all of the ingredients well. Sprinkle remaining shredded Parmesan on top.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes until top is brown. Serve with crackers! Presto!

6 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 green onions, (sliced)
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning or Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, (chopped)
1 (8-ounce) can crab meat or 8 ounces fresh crab meat
1 cup shredded Italian Four Cheese Blend
1 loaf French bread
chopped fresh parsley, opitional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and 1/2 cup Parmesan. Stir to combine.
  • Fold in crab meat and artichoke hearts.
  • Cut French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet cut side up. Spread crab mixture evenly on the two halves.
  • Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and the Italian Four Cheese on top.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn broiler on and broil until cheese is bubbling and turning golden brown in spots.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  • Mix 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper together in a stand mixer; pour into an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese over the top of the mixture.
  • Bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown on top, about 25 minutes.
