1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup honey
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 lb oven roasted deli turkey (use Jennie-O All Natural Oven Browned turkey from the service deli)
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 onion, cut into wedges
8 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas, warmed
salsa, for serving (optional)
sour cream (optional) or plain Greek yogurt, for serving (optional)
in medium bowl combine lime juice, honey, garlic and chili powder

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, combine lime juice, honey, garlic and chili powder.
  • Cut turkey into strips. Add lime mixture. Toss to coat.
  • In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add peppers and onion. Cook 5 minutes. Add turkey mixture. Stir until hot. Add turkey mixture to each tortilla. Serve with salsa and sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, if desired.

1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound boneless turkey breast tenderloins, cut into thin strips
1 each medium green, sweet red and yellow peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
8 flour tortillas (6 inches), warmed

Steps:

  • In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add peppers, onion, garlic, salt, cumin, pepper and cayenne. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in cilantro and lime juice; cook 1 minute longer. Serve in tortillas.

2 lbs steak
1/2 cup vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 lime, juice of
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
mesquite chips
6 flour tortillas
1 large bell pepper
2 medium onions
9 ounces salsa
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Slice steak into thin strips.
  • Place in gallon storage bag.
  • Mix vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, onion powder and salt in small bowl.
  • Pour over steak.
  • Refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight.
  • Soak mesquite chips and wooden skewers in water.
  • Cut onions into quarters and place on skewers.
  • Cut bell pepper into strips and put on skewers.
  • Preheat grill and add mesquite chips.
  • Remove steak from bag put on grill.
  • Spray or brush olive oil on onions and peppers and place on grill.
  • Turn onions and peppers frequently to prevent burning.
  • Remove steak when done (8 to 10 minutes per side).
  • Serve steak, onions, peppers and salsa on a tortilla.

1/2 lb Boar's Head Ovengold® Roasted Breast of Turkey, sliced thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red onion, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 1/2 teaspoons fajita grill and sizzle seasoning
4 flour tortillas (6 inch)

Steps:

  • Julienne turkey into ¼" x ¼" x 2" long strips.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and pepper and grill for 3 minutes.
  • Add the turkey and seasoning and cook until the turkey is warmed through, about 4 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas and spoon on the turkey mixture.
  • Squeeze lime wedges on top for flavor, if desired.
  • Roll up and enjoy.
  • Serve with sour cream, salsa, grated cheese, guacamole, or lime wedges if desired.
