Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon and cayenne; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk egg white; add nuts and cranberries. Sprinkle with sugar mixture and toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. , Bake at 300° until golden brown, 18-20 minutes, stirring once. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

CANDIED MIXED NUTS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine pecans, walnuts, and almonds. Add beaten egg whites, tossing to coat.
- In another bowl, combine Splenda Sweetener, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over nuts; toss to coat. Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until nuts are toasted. Cool completely.

Steps:
- In a 2-quart microwave safe pan, melt the butter and stir in nuts.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and garlic powder. Mix well and microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature; store in a tightly sealed container.

HOLIDAY SPICED NUTS
My inspiration for posting this recipe was from one I tried from JAP called Sweet Spiced Nuts by Beth McDaniel. I didn't have all the ingredients to make her recipe verbatim. Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 250º. Liberally spray 2 jelly roll pans with cooking spray.
- 2. Combine Splenda, cinnamon, salt, ginger & nutmeg and set aside.
- 3. Whip egg whites with cold water till foamy & frothy, but not stiff. You don't want to see any peaks. Add spiced Splenda mixture and mix well.
- 4. Add nuts and stir to coat.
- 5. Spread nuts evenly on the two jelly roll pans. Try to keep the nuts in a single layer.
- 6. Bake for up to 2 hours, stirring the nuts about every 30 minutes till they are really dry and toasty. Each time you stir the nuts rotate the pans.
- 7. Remove from oven and enjoy!!!!! These are super yummy!!!
MICROWAVE SPICED NUTS
This is a great candied nut recipe I stole from my mom. She likes walnuts, I like pecans. It's dead easy and my wife says she needs to leave the house when I make them, so she won't eat them all! Try experimenting with the spices, maybe clove or allspice!

- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir cumin and cayenne pepper into the butter until dissolved, about 1 minute. - Heat oil and sugar free syrup in a large skillet; stir while it heats.
- Add nuts; cook over low heat stirring constantly until most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Mix Splenda and spices together; sprinkle over nuts stir coating evenly.
- Spread mixture into a release foil lined cookie sheet pan.
