SPICED LEMONADE
Serve this drink over ice in summer or warmed in winter - it's always refreshing. If you have a cold, a warm mug of spiced lemonade will make you feel much better. And when you're feeling great, it'll quench a big thirst, too!

Steps:
- In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water, sugar, cinnamon and cloves to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; discard cinnamon and cloves. Cool. , Pour into a large pitcher. Stir in lime, lemon, lemon juice and remaining water. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve in chilled glass over ice. Garnish with cinnamon stick if desired. Can also be served warm.

- Combine water, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, and lemon zest in a saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until just boiling, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and continue to cook until reduced to a thick syrup, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Stir lemon juice into the syrup; bring to a boil and cook 1 to 2 minutes more; strain into a bowl and refrigerate until chilled.

- In a large kettle or Dutch oven over medium heat, bring 1 qt. of water to a boil. Remove from the heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. , Place cloves and cinnamon sticks in a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with a string (or, if desired, place loose spices in pan and strain tea before serving). , Place the cheesecloth bag in pan; add the concentrates, sugar, tea and remaining water; bring to a boil. - For peach lemonade, combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir well.
- Refrigerate and add sliced peaches and lemons to pitcher before serving.
- For strawberry lemonade, add thawed strawberries to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour through a sieve into a pitcher, and help mash it through using a spatula.
- Add thawed lemonade concentrate and water and mix well.
- Chill and add strawberries and lemon slices to pitcher before serving.
- For spiced lemonade, add thawed concentrate to a small sauce pan.
- Add spices and turn on to medium-high heat.
- Keep an eye on the pan and bring it just to a simmering point. Do not boil.
- Let it simmer for about 1 minute, just to help dissolve the spices, though they will not fully dissolve.
- Remove and let cool completely.

- Wash the lemons in a Kitchen Colander in cold running water. Cut them into halves. Now squeeze the juice of the lemons either by hand. Or use a Lemon Juicer to squeeze out the max juice out of the lemons. Strain the lemon juice through a Strainer to avoid any seeds or pulp and keep aside.
