SPARKLING COSMO PUNCH

Steps:

• Fill a martini pitcher or jar halfway with ice, then stir together the cranberry juice, gin, orange liqueur and lime juice. Strain into another pitcher and keep chilled.
• To serve, fill a flute three-quarters of the way with the cranberry base. Top with the cava and drop in an orange garnish.

SPARKLING COSMO

Steps:

• Shake first five ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass; top with champagne.
• Serve in a flute garnished with a flamed orange twist.

SPARKLING COSMO

Steps:

• Combine vodka, triple sec, lime juice and cranberry juice in a shaker with ice and shake.
• Strain mixture into a martini glass and top with Champagne.
• Add a lime wheel as the garnish.

SPARKLING VIRGIN COSMO

Steps:

• 1. Pour ice into a shaker or tall glass.
• 2. Add cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and club soda. Shake to combine.
• 3. Run a lime wedge over the outside rim of a chilled martini glass. Pour sugar onto a small plate or flat surface.
• 4. Dip the rim of the glass into sugar until covered with a thin border.
• 5. Strain carefully into a chilled martini glass. Add a splash of OJ Garnish with lime or orange peel.
